Little Roots is an activity provision supporting children from 8 weeks to 3 years with physical and cognitive development in Torfaen and surrounding areas.
Little Roots is excited to launch engaging, development-focused classes for babies and toddlers, filled with themed activities and specialised equipment that spark curiosity and joy. Our mission centres on empowering parents with development knowledge and promoting physical literacy from the earliest stages, empowering babies to build confidence, coordination, and key movement skills essential for their development. Each session is designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment where little ones can explore, play, and reach important milestones, while parents gain valuable support and knowledge. We believe in laying a foundation for lifelong health, well-being, and a love of movement, creating memorable moments for families every step of the way.
Parents are at the heart of what we do! We practice the activities in class together, for you to master them at home with your little one.
